Видалення даних

Видалити все, що Fry Me про вас зберігає, можна самостійно з застосунку, за кілька секунд і без звернення до підтримки.
У застосунку
- Відкрийте Налаштування (нижня панель, третя вкладка).
- Прогорніть до розділу Дані.
- Натисніть Видалити мої дані й підтвердіть.
Дію не можна скасувати. Якщо інтернету немає, застосунок скаже про це — дані на сервері видаляються тільки на зв’язку.
Що саме буде видалено
- Усі збережені рецепти, обране та налаштування на цьому пристрої.
- Лічильники імпортів на нашому сервері.
- Анонімний профіль і сам анонімний обліковий запис, до якого вони прив’язані.
Просто видалити застосунок теж достатньо, щоб прибрати все з пристрою, — але записи на сервері тоді залишаться до кінця свого строку, тож краще скористатися кнопкою в налаштуваннях.
Що залишиться, і чому
- Підписка. Нею керує App Store чи Google Play, а не ми. Видалення даних її не скасовує — і не мало б, бо інакше ви втратили б сплачене. Скасувати підписку можна в налаштуваннях магазину; повернути її на новий профіль — кнопкою «Відновити покупки».
- Кеш розібраних рецептів і кадри з відео. Вони прив’язані до самого відео чи сторінки, а не до вас: там немає вашого ідентифікатора, і той самий запис обслуговує будь-кого, хто імпортує те саме посилання.
Якщо щось пішло не так
Якщо застосунок каже, що сервер не відповів, або ви хочете, щоб ми перевірили все вручну, напишіть на support@monohroshi.com — відповімо протягом 30 днів. Докладніше про те, які дані ми взагалі отримуємо, — у політиці конфіденційності.
Delete Your Data

Everything Fry Me holds about you can be deleted from inside the app, in seconds, without writing to support.
In the app
- Open Settings (bottom bar, third tab).
- Scroll to the Data section.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
It cannot be undone. With no connection the app says so — the server's records are deleted only while you are online.
What is deleted
- Every saved recipe, favourite and setting on the device.
- Your import counters on our server.
- The anonymous profile, and the anonymous account they are keyed to.
Deleting the app also removes everything on the device — but the server's records would then sit out their retention, so the button in Settings is the better way.
What stays, and why
- Your subscription. The App Store or Google Play manages it, not us. Deleting your data does not cancel it, and should not: you would lose what you paid for. Cancel it in your store settings; "Restore purchases" brings it back to the new profile.
- The parsed-recipe cache and the video frames. They are keyed to the video or page, not to you: they carry no identifier of yours, and the same entry serves anyone who imports that link.
If something goes wrong
If the app says the server did not answer, or you would like us to check by hand, write to support@monohroshi.com — we answer within 30 days. What we receive in the first place is in the privacy policy.
