Встановлюючи Fry Me, ви погоджуєтеся з цими умовами. Якщо ви з ними не згодні, не користуйтеся застосунком.
Що робить застосунок
Fry Me читає публічну сторінку з рецептом — відео в соцмережі або сторінку на сайті — і складає з неї рецепт: інгредієнти, кроки, час і температуру. Рецепт зберігається на вашому пристрої. Відео довші за три хвилини застосунок не читає.
Ліміти та підписка
- Без підписки доступні 3 імпорти на календарний місяць.
- З підпискою Pro — до 5 імпортів на добу.
- Підписка місячна або річна, поновлюється автоматично, доки ви не скасуєте її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду. Скасувати можна в налаштуваннях App Store або Google Play; видалення застосунку підписку не скасовує.
- Ціни показані в застосунку у вашій валюті. Знижена річна пропозиція діє обмежений час і пропонується один раз на встановлення.
- Оплату списує магазин; повернення коштів — за його правилами.
Ліміти й ціни можуть змінюватися; зміна не вплине на вже оплачений період.
Рецепти складає модель — перевіряйте їх
Кроки, час і температуру визначає мовна модель за вмістом відео. Вона може помилитися або пропустити важливе. Ви готуєте на власний розсуд: перевіряйте температуру й час, стежте за приготуванням і дотримуйтеся правил харчової безпеки, особливо з м’ясом, рибою, яйцями та алергенами. Fry Me не є кулінарною, медичною чи дієтичною порадою.
Чужий вміст
Відео, описи, тексти й зображення належать їхнім авторам і сайтам, де вони опубліковані. Застосунок дає вам змогу зробити з них рецепт для особистого користування; він не передає вам жодних прав на цей вміст і не призначений для його перепублікації. Якщо ви автор або власник сайту і хочете, щоб ми прибрали матеріали вашої сторінки, напишіть нам.
Чого не можна
- Обходити ліміти, автоматизувати імпорт чи навантажувати сервіс.
- Відтворювати, декомпілювати чи перепродавати застосунок.
- Використовувати сервіс усупереч правилам платформи чи сайту, звідки береться рецепт, або чинному законодавству.
Без гарантій
Сервіс надається «як є». Ми не гарантуємо, що імпорт спрацює для будь-якого відео, що сервіс буде доступний безперервно або що рецепт буде точним. У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки; наша відповідальність обмежена сумою, яку ви сплатили за останні 12 місяців.
Припинення
Ви можете припинити користування будь-коли, видаливши застосунок. Ми можемо обмежити доступ у разі порушення цих умов.
Право
Ці умови регулюються законодавством України.

By installing Fry Me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
What the app does
Fry Me reads a public recipe page — a video on a social app, or a page on a website — and builds a recipe from it: ingredients, steps, time and temperature. The recipe is stored on your device. Videos longer than three minutes are not read.
Limits and subscription
- Without a subscription you get 3 imports per calendar month.
- With a Pro subscription, up to 5 imports per day.
- The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Prices are shown in the app in your currency. The discounted yearly offer runs for a limited time and is offered once per install.
- The store takes the payment; refunds follow the store's rules.
Limits and prices may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
Recipes are written by a model — check them
Steps, times and temperatures are derived by a language model from the video's content. It can be wrong or miss something. You cook at your own discretion: verify temperatures and times, watch the food, and follow food-safety practice, especially with meat, fish, eggs and allergens. Fry Me is not culinary, medical or dietary advice.
Other people's content
Videos, captions, text and images belong to their authors and to the sites that publish them. The app lets you turn them into a recipe for your own use; it grants you no rights in that content and is not meant for republishing it. If you are an author or a site owner and want material from your page removed, write to us.
What you may not do
- Work around the limits, automate imports, or load the service.
- Reproduce, decompile or resell the app.
- Use the service against the rules of the platform or site a recipe comes from, or against applicable law.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that an import will work for any given video, that the service will be continuously available, or that a recipe will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending
You may stop at any time by deleting the app. We may limit access if these terms are broken.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
